How to go about game countdowns

So guys, how do you go about game countdowns and stuff like that? I want to review a top 10 games countdown of the year 2014. and new potential games of 2015. So that would mean I need to get footage, but how would i go about that?

this is impossible there is no good way to make a countdown/top 10. just do what david letterman does add random stuff to a topic and count it to 10-1. like this one

For the game footages you can either rip it off from the trailers (do check if that may have any copyrights issues) or play the game yourself and use a video recording software to record your gameplay.
