Ok so first of all, im NO way YouTube famous, i have had around 50 Million views and 80,000 Subscribers, set over 3 channels so you can tell im not famous haha ,but i love my fans xD
So yea the idea is im going to gelp you get 'YouTube Famous' or close to it,
Basics
1. So starting of with a simple & basic 1st is idea. You need a decent idea for it all to kick off, for example one of my channel is a editing channel where if people are struggling to find intros or need editing essentials they head over to my channel and get all the supplied they need.
2. So another plan of action is 'interaction' for example, i know i keep going back to my channel ,and i will be throughtout this guide and when i have a template or editing video uploaded, i will always supply a download link and possibly ask what people want to see in another video. Getting to know your audience is key.
3. Name. Im sure you have heard this alot ,but alot of people dont do it. You want a name linked to the content on your channel and you want it to be short and sweet (Which is hard now that alot of people are joining youtube) think of something outside the box, something that someone wouldn't have thought of.
4. Motivation. I must have had over 20+ channels and have lost motivation, for a couple of reasons..
1) I Wasnt earning money from it so lost motivation
2) Inactive Susbcribers
3) Bad Content...
Now that i still have active subscribers but 70% are inactive, for example on one of my channels i have 28k subscribers and only recieved 1.5k - 2k Views per video and only maybe 50 Likes or more, so take into account that alot of your subs will be inactive.
5. Look what other people do, but dont copy. Its fine to take someones idea and to alter it, having a great idea is key, I find that now gaming (Call of Duty) is dying out, the sales have gone down and views are also. My channel was getting less and less views a day, so i changed to graphics design and BOOM subs & views are increasing.
6. Copyright! Now YouTube is growing more than ever, people are stealing videos more than ever and the only way to stop this is for youtube to draft out 'Copyright Strikes' This is a notification you will receive if you upload someones video and they issue a copyright infringement against you, or alternatively a member if the YouTube community does.

Alternatively, if you have money you can purchase promotion from bigger YouTuber's and you purchase promotion from them and they will like and comment on your videos. *Be careful! Alot of youtubers may be famous ,but doesnt mean to say they wont scam! the likely hood of a bigger youtuber scamming is unlikely ,but could still happen. Make sure you have proof of the payment, and makesure you are talking to the real person you wish to purchase promotion off.
