How to get: Views & Subs *EASILY EXPLAINED*

It is basically a Chrome Extension which let you see what youtubers earn, and see what they put in their videos, you also have the ability to look at your real time analytics and you can change the youtube background from

The Heartbeat app allows you to look at everyones tags, so you can copy them, or get a rough idea of what to use in a video tag box.

Well most big youtubers wont use them as they already have a fanbase, and they would rely on subsribers to share their videos or collab with bigger youtubers :)
 
Most of it seems good but, still I'm not getting a good amount of Subscribers. Now, I've been lucky the past 4 months with gaining Subscriber but, since last month I've just been not getting any. Even my views went down which really sucks!! I work really hard on my videos and try to produce which what I hope people are considering good content but, I don't think anything is really working....
 
I would love to collab cause I know how important that can be, but its finding reliable people to do that with...

Hrm... flipping that call to action around was something I never considered before... (Ie, asking for likes and subs at the beginning vs the end of the video) Most advice articles always say end with a strong call to action but really, starting with it makes a lot of sense. Thank you for that! ^_^
 
I agree with sub for sub. It's not really going to get you more views because they can subscribed to you but they won't watch your stuff and if people are going to subscribe to you, they have to come back again and again and again for for new videos from you. Anyway thanks for the tips, now i see what i've been doing wrong :)

I personally think the most important aspect of channel promotion depends by users. If you got some good subs that is much more convenient than all the rest, this because they believe in what you do and they will spread the word for you.

But it's very hard at the beginning to find new subs.
