I know the requirements and such for verification youtube and google+ but I was wondering how do you link your website without a website If It's for youtube on google+? I know the way I asked sounds weird but maybe someone will get what I'm saying lol

You need to meet some subs threshold and/or ask your network to do it for you.

I think it depends on how many followers you have on Google+ and maybe +1s, if you have a decent amount you can ask your network, though I don't see the point in it if you're not getting impersonated.
