How to get Verified on YouTube?

Hey guys its me XiaoLiangSheng and I have a question on how to get verified on YouTube without brands or company. Sometimes I can see that small YouTuber got a verification badge on YouTube and I am wondering how did they get it. Any thoughts about it? Let me know :)

Then I don't know because youtube rules says:
"YouTube doesn't accept general requests to receive name verification. If your channel meets the qualifications for verification, you may receive the verification badge. If your channel has fewer than 100,000 subscribers, it's usually not eligible for a verification badge."

Well thats strange by the way nice to meet you :)
 
so there was a technique. You could go to Google Support and write them a message that you want to verify your account. I just checked and they changed the rules recently, so you gotta have 100k to recieve verification bange
