how to get subs fast

idk how to get subs and im loosing one sub a day idk why and idk what to post cause i post a bunch of different things help please

if only we had a magical solution to this sub problem, I would like to know as well. How are some of these channels that have <50 views a video have like 200+ subs. The only explanation I have is that they got all their buddies to sub first and they have a lot of buddies.

The only time I'll unsub from a channel (even if I'm not that active of a viewer) is if they are uploading so much that it just spams my video feed and it becomes a nuisance. I don't know how often you upload but maybe try halving it or something (like if you upload every day, try every other day, etc.)

The way I see it is you just have to keep going. Eventually you will get more subs it just takes time. Also try to upload specific types of videos so people know what they are on your channel for. [emoji1]

Losing subs that often shouldn't happen. It sounds like maybe your channel has a hole in the sub tank. Is recommend getting it checked out by a professional.

Get a better mic/camera, make thumbnails, channel art and logo. I don't know much about the content you produce just that it's a little poor.

Another reason is that Youtube may be deleting inactive accounts. This happens to me all the time. Don't worry too much and keep up all the good work! Soon enough, new people will discover your channel and you won't be bothered by the lost subbies.
