How to get over negative feedbacks?

Understand why the person you know had a Negative Opinion for your video, many say not to focus much on Negativity as it will Discourage you or Demotivate you to make Videos Further!
That's not the case actually, I'd rather understand why YouTube allowed it to be filtered into my comments or else it would have been in Spam! YouTube did knew that this comment was legit. (Goin Off Topic) I would make myself get motivated by Negative comments that 'Yea see I even have my Fans and My Haters too..' Every Superstar has a Community of Haters! That means I am a Superstar!
Dealing with negative comments is not by cursing that person back! Logically answering the person would be a better option! Reply Politely. Ask whats wrong with the Video, find why the viewer was upset and then find a answer for it! And Boom if the viewer gets attracted towards your personality than AWESOME as you have your new fan!! :)

Sometimes it won't work if it's just a bunch of dislikes and no comment though!

Okay! Dislikes really are annoying as there are many trolls out there who want to mess around with other YouTubers! I have always maintained to keep a ratio of 2:1 (Likes: Dislikes)

That's not too bad!!! How do you do that?

I've been on YT for ages, but received only few bad comments. One was especially crushing, so I decided to improve my performance, because the point of the critic was good. Since then, no negative feedback appeared.

If we talk about all the "people with mental problems", I've never met any on my channel. However, I would probably ignore them, because their opinions never make sense.

what did you do after that to grow your channel?

I just kept going, playing games that I wanted to play.
Having fun with it, there was nothing I really did beyond being myself and uploading consistently, once I stopped being consistent I started falling off the grid.
My biggest piece of advice would be to always remain consistent.

Just hit the delete button, and it's bye bye nasty troll.

That's after I have a good old laugh at their stupidity.

And you can always ban them.

Hate on YouTube is like a rotten potato in a basket of apples. Just ignore the potato, and reach for an apple. Unless you want the rotten potato...well in that case, just mash it up and make some mashed potatoes (the rotten kind).
