Well I don't see anything creative in your channel. Most of your videos are just boring clips without commentary. You do have 1 tutorial, but you didn't show any energy so it was kinda boring. You have to plan your videos, if you upload random clips then don't expect views and subs.

You have some pretty basic stuff missing - you should:

• Upload a profile picture
• Upload a channel banner
• Fill out the "About" section of your channel

Besides, your channel is really new, so just keep on uploading and give it some time. Also try to produce better content every time, improvement is really important. I don't know about your tags but you should also optimize them in case you haven't done so already. Good luck!
