How to get noticed on yt?

It's going to take a while to get your name out there. And even then there is no guarantee you'll make it in the big leagues. Been doing my thing for over 3 years and "just" have 3500 subscribers.
 
Don't listen to anyone who tells you how you will or how you won't get noticed. There is no blueprint out there. Otherwise anyone would do it. It's a combination of way too many factors plus a lot of luck, Nobody can guide you through all the steps.

Krow is 100% right he speaks with the wisdom of a zenmaster I know a channel that got 22k subs in 3 months but as some others have mentioned he got real lucky plus was uploading like 9 videos a week I think 1 a day is more than enough you have to give your subs chance to watch them for most of us it will be a grind don't play the short game it doesn't work play the long game patience and consistency is key.

Just keep at it I have 80+ videos on my channel some channels have less vids than me and way more subs but there are like 63k channels with a similar name to mine takes time to stand out from the crowd but keep pushing and you will get there stay positive.

Patience is also key. You've been on YouTube for three weeks. Make sure you're regularly making content, uploading on a schedule that viewers can anticipate, are researching the things people in your niche like to watch, are engaging with your viewers, and all the things that people talk about here in this forum. But mostly, it takes time, effort, and patience.

Got the same sort of feeling. Spend ages creating and editing (roughly same time) and it is a bit disheartening to see no new views after a few days or a week! Still motivated though :)
 
Wanting to be a popular Youtuber is not that much different from wanting to be a successful rock star or movie star. It's the type of thing millions and millions and millions want and actually try to do,but only less than 1% make it. Anyone one who gets into this thing with high hopes is in for a big disappointment because statistically you almost 100% sure ain't gonna make it.

It's indeed like music, it will take long to get noticed, it takes ages to master your instruments, lots of odd hours to work while doing a day job as well, lots of dreams but most won't make it. Being a good musician is also not good enough, you need to be able to sell yourself as well. Even if it's a master piece, you might only sell to small audiences as your product is not for large audiences. Look at Justin Bieber, not the best singer and not the most sophisticated music, but he sells well as the total package is slick and aimed at a large potential fanbase.

Back to youtube though, Let's be honest that most people starting a channel don't have a package that could potentially sell well, lots of them dropping by on this forum for advice included. Of course the odd one in there gets famous but they are rare like winning a lottery.
I still believe though that by ticking all the correct boxes, people can break through. At least that's what I tell myself haha
And no, I'm not good enough myself yet but keep working on ticking all boxes.
 
The market is saturated. Don't expect anything to happen for 4-6 months and 50+ videos. Tent pole around popular topics and events, excel at seo. You might need Adwords to jump start initial views, rankings and sub counts. Build relationships with targeted r4r. If you have a social following somewhere, use that, if not, don't waste time with social networks. Most important, grind it out and crank out videos.

From looking at your channel you're not uploading enough.
