Incredibly to the point lol With vloggers I find the only way to grow quickly is to make friends with other vloggers online and collab on things. Or do tags with each other. That way you can share similar audiences and grow that way.

I will be honest with you, that was not really good, there is no light only this weird wallpaper thingy on your screen was visible, you were too quiet ! Famous vlogger are noisy, have a clear voice and speak with ease !

You have to practice more on your speech ! Are you hiding that you are vlogging ? Speak to us like you were speaking to your friends ! Watch nigahiga for example ! Be confident !

When you speak to us, look at us not you on the screen, look at the lens of the camcorder !
Choose better subject ! People won't search for this french vanilla...

Try using (good) custom thumbnails. Your face alone isnt enough to lure me in, it says nothing about the actual video and also try different lightning, as your lightning now is kinda depressing and dull.

In the end it doesnt make people subscribe. the content does.
but with such design things people watch your videos more likely in my opinion.

like mcfluffers mentioned already, the first few seconds of a video determine the viewers following behavior, but I think it already starts just by looking at your channel and/or video design, lightning, video quality, etc..

I just checked out your channel and it seems that your not consistent with your videos. If you upload a video and then wait weeks or months to upload another one, people will forget about you and unsubscribe.

I have no experience with vlogging. I have heard it is very hard to get your name out there for vlogging. But a youtuber who is quite successful (700k subs) told me that, believe in yourself from the very start in your youtube career that your youtube channel is gonna get big, cause everyone is going to give a crap about your channel for so long. Also try to just have fun in front of the camera, even if its weird it will keep me entertained .
