How to get my channel noticed?

Hello I need some help on how to get my channel noticed. I only have 16 subs and I rarely got views. I want my channel to get noticed. Please give me some tips on how to get noticed? Thanks!
 
Ian Watkins got a lot of notice in the past year, if you just want to get noticed you could copy him. You will lose your soul at the same time but if getting noticed is that important to you
 
I would try doing more popular things that are searched more often. Things like Halo: Combat Evolved, Call of Duty 2, and extremely basic Minecraft tutorials aren't really something that many people look up.

If you're doing Minecraft, maybe do things like snapshot reviews. Those usually do well, since a lot of people want to know what the snapshots have. Other things that could do well are reviews of more recent games, like Call of Duty: Ghosts or something along those lines.

Well, through tactics that work really well. Like doing videos that are well edited, using amazing graphics, being utterly hilarious, having great quality, etc. In my opinion, you could probably sound a lot more enthusiastic in your videos, less monotone.

It all depends on luck, and if people like your content. Some channels take a year to get 100 subs, some 1 year and a half, and very few grow super fast.

Also, here's some more tips:

You probably should not upload in 1080p. It gives people options, but it takes a lot longer to render and upload, and most don't have the internet speed to watch them at 1080p.

You should probably try to sound more enthusiastic in your videos. In my opinion, you sound really monotone.

Sorry about my voice :( I'm still trying to find my voice when doing videos.
