How to get more views.

Lately(in my opinion) I have found that keywords seem to play a massive part in attracting viewers!
Type keywords that suit your video title and description and then search for your video and see how far down it is :)
 
when you're new - popular searchable content and good tags are the strongest way to get people to your channel. Promotion on social media is a good idea too, but you sometimes need a good fan base or presence on these mediums for it to be beneficial - Facebook, reddit, twitter, Tumblr, Google+, instagram...get on them all

This is a great idea lucy! :) I think of the idea is similar to the "4T idea" which is together to the top. Personally, I think there are two main ingredients of getting more views is:
1) The best content one could produce (quality over quantity)
2) Sharing/Promoting it as much as one can (without spamming or over doing it)

The first one is important as that will grab people's attention and show people that one is not only passionate, but also cares about their content rather than just putting up videos.
The next one is equally important because if no one knows of it's existence, then no one is able to watch it or find it to begin with. (Yes there are people that share with other people who will share with others... but one does not simply rely on others to share with others- lol at my meme reference :P)
 
I go to major cities and instead of begging for cash I beg for views. Anybody who walks by with a cell phone I give them a card with my channel info and ask for views. I have been threatened, spit on, and beaten but my view count has increased overall. No pain no gain in this business.
 
I think also what gets you views, who end up becoming your loyal subscribers, is being individual and embracing your individuality. People, at least for vloggers, at the end of the day, stay because they like your personality and who you are as a person. If your personality really shows through, that is captivating to a viewer, I think.
