how to get more views???

okay so i've recently started a new channel and dont have a lot of viewers

so do you guys have any TIPS on how to get more views

Attractive, compact branding, regular quality updates of unique content, good channel structure(trailer, playlists, descriptive about), social network promotions, optimized descriptions, titles, tags and use of calls to action. That's the basics. You shuld focuse on getting more susbcribers rather than views, that will give you in the future uploads more audience, likes and interaction.
 
As previously stated, subscribers are your target not just views.

Try sharing it on your social media accounts and on social bookmarking sites.
 
Channel art can be helpful when you want to make viewers stick around.
Also an attractive thumbnail but if its not relevant then prepare for dislikes!
