How to get HD channel art? (photoshop)

I'm having the same problem and im saving as PNG. It's driving me crazy, I tried everything

Make sure it's set to no compression! It will make a huge image but it'll still upload to youtube.

I chose the same picture again and it works now. It must of been a glitch or something but its fixed now!! ***Crys tears of joy***
