How to Get a few Notices at the Beginning?

Hey guys, I have wandered around the forum and read some posts. I saw a lot of people said like, just upload the high quality video and subs, views will come to you. But I think that we have to have a few notices first. There must be some people watch our videos, and then more people will come after that. We can't get a lot of views immediately? So are you have any ideas with this? Please share ... I'm listenning to you :)
 
It's all about promoting and networking. Find websites to promote your videos/channels. For example this forum is a great place to grow your channel. Be active and make friends! :) Find some youtube friends and be active on their channel. Comment on videos, message them, all that stuff. They'd most likely help you out as well :) I started with a couple of friends and was active with their channel and they returned the favor.

Become known with a community or a group of people. If people start to see you around more (On the forums, in the comments...) they'd probably check you out as well :) If you're active on these forums, I have no doubt it would help you out.
 
Doing collaborations with other users definitely help grow your channel and fanbase. I definitely recommend that as I have done it as well with other YT Talk members!
