How to get a Fanbase/Active Subscribers

Aight so on youtube i consider my channel do be fairly decent having over 250 subs however i've realised i only get 50 ish views per video and most people who watch don't leave feedback so I'm kinda left with inactive subs therefore my channel is struggling to grow and get the desired "snowball effect" any suggestions on how to get more active subscribers?
 
50 views out of 250 subs? That's a 20% return rate. I'd kill for that! ;)

Honestly, it just comes down to providing quality content and in the beginning phases, a lot of marketing. You need to share your content and bring people to your content first. I know it might not seem appealing to do so, but it can help with your channel a lot, especially in such a wide genre such as gaming.

First of all you've had some amazing growth especially with all your FIFA Content! It's one of those hard things to make happen. I suppose try to promote, find youtubers they do similar content. Maybe collab. In the end you still have people watching your vids mate. Keep trekking on! (:

Great job on your channel so far! Make sure you do make some special videos once in a while like a collaboration or a special series like a draft challenge(basically what KSI, miniminter does!) Can't wait for FIFA 17 doe :)
