How to gain more subscribers?

I've only got 20 subscribers.... :( I'm trying to make more videos that would get views (50 shades of grey spoof) Which got 600 views in 4 days. From that video I've only got one new subscriber. I put an annotation, and a end card to pull more viewers. What else can I do?
 
Your channel link doesn't appear to be working...it could just be me though.
I'm not an expert by any means, but I thought I would offer just a tiny bit of advise. I think it's important to get exposure to your target audience. If you aren't sharing your videos in the right places, it may seem like no one is interested. Finding the right platform to engage the right people for your channel is going to bring viewers in, and if they like what they see, new subscribers!
 
Just keep at it. Regularly upload and enjoy yourself, encourage people to subscribe for more content but don't try and come across forceful, it takes a while to get going, but people will begin to settle on to your channel, like your videos and subscribe to see more content. As the views gradually increase, so does the channel traffic, so just keep at it!
 
I know you mentioned annotations, but they do help you just have to strategically place them. Place them somewhere in the side middle not at the bottom.
Also use google plus it really helps!!
 
Advertise. Patience. You'll get there eventually, don't stress about it too much or at all, just enjoy making the videos & it'll show in your content, then people will start flowing in :)
 
There are some facebook pages and groups where you can share your videos properly!
Few of my views come from there :D

Work hard and be patience :) You can also use SocialBlade to see statistics of other channel and then you will see that it takes time for everyone :)
