How to fix "Release to Cancel"

So, I go on YT and have this msg with this stupid little slider, but there's NOWHERE that tells you how to really fix it. Sorry, "Release to Cancel" doesn't make a bit of sense. I'm tired of dealing with it. Typical of Google's total absence of Customer Service.

Google loves making things confusing with no clear fix. Have you tried clearing the app cache or reinstalling? Sometimes that helps with their weird glitches.
