How to find small inactive youtube channels?

I'm looking for a tool that will let me find/filter inactive channels based on their
- last post date
- channel creation date
- subscribers
- total views
- monetization status

Other than shopping on fameswap or similar, I'd like to try and find an abandoned YouTube channel to make an offer on so I can pick up where they left off.

I tried channelcrawler.com but it only searches active channels that have posted in the last 3 months.

This idea also occurred to me. There are plenty of channels with tens of thousands of subscribers in a similar niche to mine that seem to be abandoned.
