How to do this link pop-out in videos?

I saw this in a video but I can't figure out how he did it. I know with InVideo Programming you can have this type of popout for videos and playlists, but I've never seen it link to an external website. Anyone know how you do it? Also, it's not part of the video, it's an actual link that pops out just like InVideo Programming and goes to his twitch.

Update: I figured it out. You have to link your Twitch account to YouTube to get it.

Hmmm...I'm not 100% sure, actually, but I think YouTube allows you to apply for one or two "associated sites" that you can then link in your videos. I thought it was only for personal websites like blogs and stuff, but maybe Twitch works as well.
 
I believe it might have to do with the 'associated site' in your settings, you can have external websites and verify they are yours then you can somehow use it in the annotations or in video programming.
