So one of the dangers of uploading a video to youtube is the possibility of getting dislikes/hate. I have recently been getting my two first dislikes on one of my videos, not that it matters this much in this case its only a 30 sek video game clip (it is the video on my channels getting all the views at the moment though). But it have made me fear a little for spending descent amounts of time on a video, what if i spend alle the time at then just get a ton of dislikes on it instead?

How do you get over this, should i just accept that that is the way of youtube and get one with it, or do you have any other helpful advises to what i should do in the future?

If you receive dislikes on your video then you've done something right. You've encouraged your audience to give you some feedback. I would take a look at what you've done in your video that might have resulted in people leaving dislikes and learn from it. That's about all the advice I can offer :P

Remember haters are gonna hate and dislikes are good even though they sound bad they help move your video up in the search bar everyone wants likes and subs but dislikes help just as much. As they say haters are your number 1 fans keep doing you getting views like that is awesome.

Sometimes it's useful, and it means your contents needs improving or someone is trolling. I had in the past comments on my audio so I made the effort to improve. Take the criticism with a grain of salt and hopefully it will helpful to you.

Dislikes count for engagement, so even if you get them on your video, they just make your video rankings better. So don't sweat dislikes. You can't please everyone.

Think about if you could have done anything better in the video, or if you rushed through it. If you answer no, then ignore it. If they leave a hateful comment then think about what they said and see if you can work on what they said in future videos.

Even if someone dislikes your video, that is still engaging you (even if not in the best way) I would also suggest to take it as some feedback! It is impossible to please everyone, but just keep striving to put out better content each time! Good luck to you :)

Thank you everyone, i will try nod to be discouraged by dislikes in the future and try to see the bright side of them :)
