How to create a MCN/Network 2015

Then you aren't looking to be an MCN. An MCN means that you will be claiming and working with third party channels, a production company on the other hand only deals with in-house content. What you are looking for is a business CMS account (not the actual term but it operates just like a managed CMS) with a Content ID tool. You can apply for CID at youtube.com/content_id_signup

EDIT: just reviewed your previous post and realized that everything I said does not apply. I thought you meant you were going to be a company like RoosterTeeth (all in-house content). If you are going that way, it is probably for the best to stay as a VN because running an MCN is a full time job and you personally wouldn't have a lot of time to work with your partners.

If my plan is a success, if me and my production manage to help many channels, then if i get more partners i will considerate to making it a MCN. I got a production company but in Macedonia. I will need to contact some at youtube to explain to me better. Or if anyone runs a network and is willing to share information with me. Anyone know someone at youtube?

Do you have a channel with a Partner Manager assigned to it? If so, that's where to start.

No i dont have since im in a Network allready. But i meet the requirements for having one.

Well if you meet the regs for being assigned a partner manager get unlinked from your current network and get assigned partner manager and talk about it with them

What's the difference between being in a network and having a partner manager?

Basics behind it if you are linked to a MCN they are the ones who provide support in relation to YouTube and if they need to escalate they can then contact there partner manager on you behalf but this is at there digression

To be assigned a partner manager you need 75,000 hours of watch time in the last 90 days and be partnered with YouTube via AdSense you can then contact your partner manager for support related issues ect

To my best of knowledge the MCN applications are closed until October 2015. Right now is not the greatest time to start a MCN. As YouTube is cleaning up the entire system. As well YouTube is globally reviewing its MCN's and all non performing ones will see a shutdown. While they add more revenue streams, they are looking to streamline the business.

This is very interesting news, where is it possible to read more about it?

There is no place to read this. I personally know this because YouTube told me. There is a lot going on right now with YouTube. New features, New revenue streams, New type of ads and more. One of the features are called Music Subscription. YouTube continuing to ramp up legacy uploads as well. I know my MCN is getting a lot of new features and a lot more is being added/upgraded. I had to sign a amendment contract with google for all these new features.
This update also protects our partners for Copyright Strikes, Content ID claims because our partners content will be rolled out as a different product
