How to create a MCN/Network 2015

Only way to make an MCN is to know someone at Google/YouTube. The easiest way (which is still pretty hard) to do it is to make a VN and work your way from there. Once you reach the requirements, they can help you apply.

Why do you want to start an MCN?

To echo what @Sykute posted best way is to start as a direct VN of a already established MCN and work your way up the second option is to have 75,000 hours of watch time in the last 90 days and be assigned a partner manager and go from there.

There is also a third way which is to know someone at YouTube and email them not to hard to do if im honest i have a few emails of YouTube employees who i have emailed a number of times and had good reply's back from them

I'm pretty sure this is one of those things where if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be asking.

Also why would you want to run an MCN? Do you have any clue how much work is involved in running one properly?

I know that it is involved a lot of work, but do i need to open a company or something so i can run my own MCN?

Yes, you would need to make an registered company for YouTube/Google to take you seriously. Why do you want to create an MCN (what do you offer that other networks don't)?

I got a Production Entertainment, i want to chose talented creators and help them with my production. This will not be in big numbers. So small group of channels. I already got SubNetwork.

Then you aren't looking to be an MCN. An MCN means that you will be claiming and working with third party channels, a production company on the other hand only deals with in-house content. What you are looking for is a business CMS account (not the actual term but it operates just like a managed CMS) with a Content ID tool. You can apply for CID at youtube.com/content_id_signup

EDIT: just reviewed your previous post and realized that everything I said does not apply. I thought you meant you were going to be a company like RoosterTeeth (all in-house content). If you are going that way, it is probably for the best to stay as a VN because running an MCN is a full time job and you personally wouldn't have a lot of time to work with your partners.
