1) Do it for the money.
Trust me if you just put your mindset on getting partnered and making money, you will always succeed. And remind your viewers every video that this is why you make videos. They will love it.

2) Quality does not matter
People want to hear your voice. They dont care about quality, put a camcorder up to a tv screen, they could care less. All people really want to hear is you bragging how good you are in every video game you play. You dont need good quality video because you are so good you will have fullscreen begging for you to join either way.

3) Ask for Donations
Remember to tell your audience to donate to your Paypal at the start and end of every video. This way your audience will know that you are serious about entertaining them, oops i ment making money. And dont forget to feature 3 different links to your paypal on your channel home page. They will see this and subscribe.

If you follow these three steps you will become a YouTube phenom. Everyone will love your channel and then you can brag to everyone that you are better than them. They will bow down to you and kiss your toes.
