They most likely have a video and audio team. I bet you would be surprised by how many people work on any one smosh video; I would guess at least a dozen. The reason it looks professional is because it IS professional. Professional camera operators, audio crew, key grips, editors, colorists, etc. Smosh is not just a couple guys any more, it's a full fledged company now.
