How people gain subs so fast?

Actually trying that now. In the past, I had blown a lot of money at once and then stopped, so it obviously wasn't working. Now I'm just doing 1-2 dollars a day and will leave my most elite videos ever made out permanently. Sort of.

Organic traffic is low. When I release video on my test channel for the first 12 hours i can get only 30 views on my own.I do not wait for 24 hours to pass and starting ad campaign for the ads on the AdWords page. Ads do not starts right away it take around 3 to 5 hours for approval process of your video. Thanks a lot for your response. I was wondering if you can share this other channel, may be via PM, for educational purposes? Also, I wad wondering if you post the same videos that you post to your main channel? If yes, on youir main channel, do they receive much more organic traffic from both search and suggested videos?

It is Meow Coloring for Kids and I post different videos on it. I do not cross promote it and I am targeting spanish speaking audience there.

I think the biggest part is optimizing your videos by doing some keyword research. Then implementing it on your title, tags and description. Then ad a thumbnail that will draw people in that compliments your title. I found that watching videos from Darrel Eaves and Video Creators has giving us some great advice.

I use adWords also but I never use the Discovery option! I am about to check out your post now, i hope this helps me out a bit!
 
In-stream ads will get you a lot of hate, so be very careful about using those. I love when I get downvotes on an in-display add. I mean, you chose to click it. I suppose it's just them not liking it, but I didn't make you watch this like an in-stream ad would.

Thanks a lot! BTW I started my AdWords experiment using method you described. I didn't do any country filtering and had $0.01 bid. Will report my results later.
