How often should you thank subscribers?

Hi guys I only have 1 video so far but i'm on the verge of my first 100 subscribers. Do i make a video thanking them? How often should you make videos to say thank you to the people that subscribe to you?
Or is it even something you shouldn't do at all?

Well its all up to you, some people do it often others not at all. Personally I did it at 50 subs / 200 subs / 400 subs but there just random numbers really. I wouldn't advise doing it all the time just do it for the ones your truly thankful for :)
 
Personally, I would recommend to keep it simple/casual, and not make a big deal out of 100 subs. Don't make a special video but it would be nice to mention it in passing.
 
in your next video, in like a 5 second clip just say thanks for the 100 subs, and then move on, don't do a huge video for it. people have 10 million subs, u have 100, ur not special :P well you are, but not really haha
 
In my recent recordings or Batman and ACIV, I've been thanking people just for clicking on my videos xD I thought it was good, common courtesy to do so and thought why the hell not. I'd probably make a video not when I feel the sub count has hit a goal but when I feel the channel has acheived a community and a decent amount of daily views. That's just me though.
 
I would mention a nice thank you in your next episode! Take a few minutes to give a warm thanks is nice thing to do! Lets the viewers feel appreciated!:biggrin:
 
I wouldn't do it too often. Because to me at least, that would make the feeling of it less special. I'd want those who do stick around to really feel rewarded for staying with me all of that time. I'd do mine at say... 100, 500, 1,000, 2,000, etc.

But I'd say it's definitely something you should do.
 
Thanks for the comments guys, i think what i'm going to do seeing as this will only be my second video i'm just going to mention it in passing this time. And I will wait for the next milestone (if there is one) to make a bigger deal about it and from there just judge when it feels right
