How often do you update your Metadata?

I've been told that as a rule of thumb a YT user should update titles, tags and thumbnails once a month.

I do my tags every month now. Honestly this is such good advice and has really helped my channel bumped up in views. Every two weeks I like to sort my tags to keep me as competitive as possible. I should start doing CC but I never write a script but regardless it would help if I just researched and wrote down what I said.

I've never given it a second thought, ill update them in the next couple days see if it makes a difference
