How often do you release videos?

I am going to start posting every 3 days. I will promote each of the videos for the first 3 days it's out to get it a few hundred views to kick start it then work on the next. It's a viscous cycle!!
 
I don't really have a particular schedule. I try to post at least once a month, but my videos take a while to make.
