How often do you check your analytics?

After New Year my channel got less and less attention because of life stuff so my whole stats declined because I was not comming out with new video's. But since I started again mid April, I've been really going at it and my stats are not to ignore :P

I like to watch the view stats twice a day or so.

i check my subs/views a few times a day. then once a month i will note everything down in a spreadsheet i made so i can track all my stats for certain things. but by far the biggest thing i look at is once i post a video. i give it two weeks. then go and look at analytics for that video and see when people are leaving the video. so i can get a better understanding of what works and what doesn't

I recently turned my emails on just to see my YouTube sub notifications, replies, comments, etc on my phone. Very helpful. I also have it on just in-case I got shouted out or featured or something, just so my phone would go off like crazy, because I don't know who wouldn't think your phone just exploding isn't cool... lol.

You post football manager videos on YouTube?! That is amazing!!! I didn't think anyone did that or could get away with it but yours are cool. Catching up on your Bolton save or do you have a favourite you would recommend?

Sorry for going off topic I love football manager and doing YouTube has taken my time away from playing.

Probably like 10-20 times a day. I do actually believe youtube is a game of numbers and statistics. You need to figure out exactly what sort of videos people enjoy, etc. Without looking at numbers you'll never be able to figure this out. Comments only go so far, as its subject to confirmation bias.
