How often can I use Ad breaks?

Even if you designate more ad locations than are allowed, it's only going to show an ad to the viewer once every 7 minutes, at most. You can test it out yourself. When you are watching the video, it will show all of those designated locations in the timline bar. However, once an ad shows, those other designations disappear.
