How much you actually got?

17 seconds aka 2.7% for January. Then again, that is for "popular topic content" and not me trying to entertain, so it doesn't surprise me.
Okay yeah that's pretty low, but still I don't think audience retention is the key to higher CPM values since my retention is only 15%, but still my CPM values have always been high. Sure that retention may contribute to the CPM value, but I think that there are also a lot of other factors involved.
 
I find this hard to swallow(that's what she said), $35 per 1000 views, even tech companies don't pay that much, unless you're putting ads for crack, I'm not buying it.
Well I guess I have to disapprove your statement.

Also even if your CPM is 100 bucks, dosent mean all ur views are monitized thus you still make 1-2$ per 1000 views
Um, so you're trying to tell me only 1 - 2% of views get monetized?

No...

And you shouldn't even be calculating it by total views. Calculate it by monetized..
