How much do you edit?

Depends on the game i play. Some games will need a lot of editing because there might be some grinding of recourses, but others are a straight forward almost no edit, because you want to keep a storyline going.
 
I edit a lot out. I don't script it, so I end up sitting in front of the camera saying nothing for long periods of time. I usually cut 30-45 minutes down to 3-4 minute videos.
 
I really just edit out parts in the beginning and end of each video. The parts where I'm not talking yet and right after I close the video. Also if I'm trying to get something in a game done and its taking me too long or too many tries so I'll usually try and cut away to when I finally get it. Things like that.
 
Depends on the video but usually between 1 hour (vlog/speaking only video) and 1 week (trips videos).
