How many views/subs do you get a day?

Make good content, and get views. Don't worry too much about how many subs you have. Better to have 1,000,000 views and 200 subs than 100,000 views and 900 subs.

Yeah I agree with this stuff, having a subscriber is a variable IMO cause you don't know for a fact how much this will influence your channel, where as a view is an exact figure that you can use, so like you say its much better to be getting high views than high subscribers, I see subscribers as a bonus, many people will regularly watch your videos without subscribing.
