I've Got It
My intro is super short. I prefer them that way. I'll be honest, I've closed out videos when the intro is super long. Mostly because I see something in the sidebar that interests me by the time the intro is over.

It really depends... I know it´s said that you need a short intro but I changed my short intro with one of my very best videos (the video is about 6 minutes long) but never the less it works much better
But ALLWAYS ask people to subscribe in the beginning of the video that´s very important
