How long should a Let's Play be?

When I started my videos were about 30 minutes long. Bad Idea imo, especially when you just start out, and I wasn't use to commentating. Then I made them about 20 minutes long, still kinda iffy imo. Now they are < 15 mins long And I even thinking about making them < 10 mins.

It's Youtube, peoples attentions spans are very short, I wouldn't make my videos really long unless you have the audience that really enjoys watching your videos. Like Cryoatic for sample his videos have gone from 30 mins to 40-50min and some even an hour and a half! He can do this because he has a HUGE amount of subscribers that love every minute of his videos and dont care how long they are.

So basically, if you think you can be funny, entertaining, etc. to watch for 20-30mins go for it, if not...I say go for 10-15 mins.
 
Depends on the game for me.
If it's a really interesting game, I like the ones I watch to be between 20-30 min long.
