I uploaded a video on private and changed it to a custom thumbnail. How long does it take for it to take that thumbnail so when I make it public subscribers will see that thumbnail? Because when I change to custom thumbnail, it usually takes a long time to change.

most likely between twenty minutes to an hour so seems long but it ain't really.

If you go to the comments page - the thumbnail that gets shown to subs populates there. That's what I'd use to check.

Takes literally like, 30 seconds.. 2 minutes tops. no longer than 5 minutes maybe depending on how youtube is acting
