How long do you think youtube videos should be?

It all depends on what you do!! We Daily Vlog and our videos are anywhere from 5mins-20mins haha. Just depends on what happens during the day and how much time we have!!
 
Youtube videos should be as long as the creator has material for.

I don't want to watch a 2 minute review when there's over 10 minutes of material to use or a 10 minute skit if there's really only 2 minutes of material to use.

I definitely don't want to watch a 2 minute "movie" when I'm expecting 90 minutes.

What I do to determine this is check the retention time in my Analytics, which tells me how much of my video are watched.
 
Lets plays I do a max of 15 min per episode. Reviews I am making them short and to the point. Too many ppl babble about all the stuff you can do and each feature. Jus show me gameplay tell me wat the game is about and if its good. Idc about story or the history or ne of that. I want it done quick and easy so i can say yes or no and move on!
