How long do you guys take to plan a video?

It usually takes a couple of days or less for me to plan. The making of the video usually goes pretty quikly though as I'm a gaming commentator and mostly just play while I talk :).
 
It usually takes me about 15 minutes to find out my topic and then another 5 minutes on the order that im going to be talking about my subjects.
 
I usually just play Battlefield 4 (sometimes with live commentary) and record it unless it's a "How To" video.
 
As a gamer and a new channel I try to plan what games I play according to current trends. I'd say I take a day or so to plan out what game I'm going to play, how I intend on playing (serious/goofy), is this game all over YouTube right now and will my video be washed away into the sea of endless videos that are the exact same thing over and over. At times I do just some spur of the moment recording and editing, but I try to plan ahead so that my small channel can grow.
 
Not much time to be honest. When I'm out and about an think of something I'll write it down and add to the list. At the moment I have various topics written down that I can talk about. I can easily talk about something so it's not an issue for me. I hate having a "script", so I just jot down sometimes in the order I want to talk about things. So. Mostly, it is just the day of.
