How long did it take your to get your first 100 subs?

It took me 4 months to get to my first 100.
Then it took me 7 months to get the next 100, so yeah I kinda slowed down a bit.
But there now I'm growing decently, only took 2 months to get the following 100, so now sitting around 320 subs for me.

About 7-8 months but only because I didn't know how to advertize my channel, growth picked up once I could do that

I went to twitter and found my audience when I was still growing I had been making a Youtube Guide series so I aimed my videos at small content creators who I knew would need the help. So I just went and looked for people who liked call of duty so they had something to watch, had active yt channels, and had less than about 50 subs so they would be more willing to look so they could improve. Most of them messaged me back saying they would check out the video and later I would get comments, likes, and a few subs here and there.
Just figure out who your videos are meant for and finding your audience should be easy, you just gotta reach out to them.

I've Got It
I have been asked this like 2 times everyday. It's getting tiresome. Make good videos. If your videos are good enough, eventually people will see them. My videos aren't the best, but majority enjoys them. The "secret" is simple and in front of everyone's face the whole time
Edit: It seems that people enjoy your videos, thus the views on your videos. So if any small youtuber sees this. That's your secret
