It's been a little over three years of inconsistent uploads and I'm about 5% of the way there. But I think I'm starting to grow faster than in the past. So hopefully it doesn't take 60 years to get there.

It took me 9 months. I didn't turn on monetization until I reached 5k subs which was my 8 month mark. I didn't want to annoy my viewers with ads while I was still really small.

I did not turn on monetization for my channel until sometime around last November. I think I may be up to the $30 mark or so so it is accumulating slowly. I don't really care too much about YouTube money at this point, as it is mere pocket change. Maybe my attitude will be different if my channel takes off someday. But as it stands, I'm even thinking about giving away my first YouTube check to a lucky subscriber.

Still waiting on getting there. I am 15% of the way there...My goal with my channel is to somehow earn like an $100 a month from youtube because i couldnt think of anything better than making money from my hobby.
