How long did it take you to get your first Subscriber?

I got my first subscriber on the first day when I showed my friend one of my videos. He liked it and subscribed to my channel. But how long did it take ya'll to get your first subscriber on your channel?

But my first REAL sub was about 3 weeks ago. Took me about 2 weeks to get it haha ~ It just came and I was insanely happy.

Now at 21 subs.
