How long did it take you to get 100 subs?

I'm just wondering how much it vary's from person to person. Some channels take years and some take a couple of months. If you are one of the quick channels who had quick growth why don't you also give some tips.

I'm currently sitting at 45,started on 24th April ~19 days,and i'm happy with the results so far!

8 Months is really quick, and I know about other people getting there fast my cousin started a year after me and he has 1k subs and I still haven't hit a 100 subs.
