Go into Chromes settings. Every change to Chrome works to IE. They work off eachother, completely. Check it out for yourself, read it up online too.

That may be so although I haven't looked into that at all but the two browsers are not the same thing, saying something is something is a bit exaggerated, they both use two different engines as well so they do render web pages differently and of course produce different results for example in Dutch's case, Chrome didnt work for him, nor did Firefox but IE did all three of them use different engines to render web pages.
