Interesting.

But I wonder how many subscribers really "support" a channel.

I run the following paragraph in my welcome page description:

"Support free YouTube content - turn off Adblock."

Maybe it will make some viewers more aware of how tenuous free YT is becoming regarding pay to view.

I was actually thinking to make intro with something similiar, just to raise awarness about whole adblock problem on Youtube.

I guess that would be a promotion of AdBlock to people who do not know about it yet
I guess more people will start to wonder what is AdBlock, than amount of people who have it enabled and will consider turning it off

Many people dont know yet what is AdBlock, its better to not introduce AdBlock to them

There is already enough people out there blocking ads, its YT job to bypass this (im sure they know it and they would do something about it since they lose money).

Adblock is pretty widely known.

It's nothing new. Been around for many years.

YT could easily beat it if it felt it was a major issue. I doubt that it is.
