How I think you can improve your gaming channel

since 2011, the Gaming category had became very popular and as I've seen here on yttalk, most of the channels are gaming channels and lets admit, they are fun to play and faster to upload. However if everyone does gaming, it loses it's uniqueness and therefore it's hard to stand out. I am no gaming expert, I'm not addicted to watching people playing video games on youtube nor i play them, however as a youtube addict, I know how you can improve your gaming channels.
ill give you some ideas, dos and don'ts

to do and not to do
1- Always use a program to record your gaming - having a camera to record your playing is what i call bad quality.
2- use a good microphone and speak LOUDLY! - most people want to watch your videos because they like to listen to the commentaries that you make, if they can't hear you then why should they be continuing to watch? I do understand that some of you are shy or don't want your parents to know that you post on youtube, but to get the "fans" you need to actually speak to them. if you really want to be paid and famous, i think it's best NOT to keep it as a secret like Hannah Montana but expose it and say "mum, i post videos on youtube".
3-Try to have a reason why you are doing this video - such as I am doing this video because i need to build a house for my minecraft, i am doing this video because I had just discovered this area and need to show people, or I am doing this video because I colabed with my friend. don't have the video where you are recording it because you are "just playing"
4- Have an exciting commentary- don't start with "hello, this is KFC123abc and I am playing black ops" and then that's it you just play an be silent. first of all, we know your username, you don't have to tell us, and secondly START TALKING. you can start talking about:
-you issues
- sound excited and exagurate everything and shouting, i think it's the most interesting thing about watching people play on-line gaming
-you can have more than one person talking in the video such as friends
5-Try to be as unique as you can - try to come out with different ideas to present your videos wither by how you play the games, the characters you introduce. as i do not make gaming videos however i will give you some ideas on your gaming videos
- as most games are males, you can try to introduce one girl, like a Penny form the Big bang theory. I just think it's interesting you can have like two or three boys and one girl in the videos. this can also bring in girl audience(because there are not many girls around and it's cool to look up to a gamer girl) and more male (because they want to listen to the girl) I know that most boys think that girls should go to the kitchen and not play video games because they are not good at it, but it would be interesting to have this person who doesn't know what they are doing to add this exciting humour to the game
- boys, try to give your self girly name. it adds the humour because you have the rough voices and you play rough but then you introduce then funny names like "Princess pony". it would be cool if someone shouted "princess pony, i need backup"
6- do a holiday season video - such you can talk about the holiday in your video such as Easter, Christmas, St. Patrick. it would be easier for minecrafters because they can for example on Christmas they can change their clothes to Santa clothes and build a gingerbread house.
7- Edit your photos - this does not apply to all of the games but some games seriously need some editing because they are too long the player runs out of words to comment about. you can wither play faster, keep talking or cut down the videos.

8-give yourself a character or a voice - for example you can exagurate how you talk, you can talk sassy, rough, or even like a cartoon character. for example you can group up with your friends and try to play the whole game pretending to be mikey mouse, donald duck etc, it would be funny because it's something out of our child hood but also that of the maturity they have for example 'they are not alowed to use bad words' so for example if you substute the swear words to like "oh duggly doo" (apparently that's what mikey says when he swears.
you can also act like dorah the explorer. for example you can play black ops and you're like "where's the zombie kids, can you find it? well done" i just have this image in my mind that would make me want to subscribe to any channel that uses these cartoon character like the image i have in my mind.
there are other ways to show character/ a voice, and i just told you one
