How hard should you grind?

Well me personally I don't particularly enjoy forcing it on people and sort of posting my videos everywhere, in my eyes it will attract both good and bad attention so I just sort of share it with my friends and let it roll from there. YTTalk has definitely helped reach and audience and a supportive audience aswell so I don't tend to "grind" much but in regards to content wise I'm, always trying to think of ideas and recording.

I think you mean like daily grind. I was expecting something different lol than the end of your post. The bigger my channel gets the more work there is I can do. So work as much as you can, and you should start to see a payoff. Don't however expect it to blow up overnight. That is super rare.

Depends on the song and how well you know your dance partner...

Seriously though, I'd base it off of what your goals are for your channel. Just doing it for fun and as a hobby? Then do whatever you feel like. But if you are trying to turn a YouTube channel into something bigger, then yeah, you have to work hard at it. I think that there is a line to walk though. Start to spend every waking hour on your channel and you may end up resenting your dreams. And of course the other side of the spectrum isn't any good either: just making a video here and there and hoping things work out.

It's good to have a small channel for now. You aren't pressured into making videos every week, haha. I'm pretty lazy and my daily grind is probably a few minutes to an hour.

I've been doing this for two weeks... 6 videos... 2 videos I cancelled.

Been throwing my channel all over my facebook, twitter, blogger, tumblr... And I'm constantly thinking on how I can improve it.

I grind a lot... Heheee sounds durrrty.

I don't grind myself much but I've decided recently to put more effort in so maybe I'll grind about 1-3 hrs on average per day. It was previously about 4 hours but only 2 days a week.

To record, edit render and promote For me is like 12 hours to like 25hours lol I try to make my channel the best it can be

YouTube is a marathon, not a sprint so my advice would be work hard at it, but pace yourself and have a long-term plan. Good luck :)
