Specifically, I'm not even referring to arranging clip along the timeline, but rather just breaking down the clips into slivers prior to arranging them along the timeline; the subsequent arranging I myself can do. What is the term for this, and what is a decent price quote I can expect over Fiverr, say?
 
I found that I was spending more time making slivers than any other part of the process, and that was VERY repetitive.
