How does one get likes? :)

I would really like for my facebook page to get some likes. I am very familiar with facebook and I am wondering how can I get people liking my page. Don't tell me to invite all my real facebook friends, because I won't do that. Any other ideas?

The most effective way for us to get new likes is to get our fans involved. We ran a poll on our facebook page and gave the fans a choice on what item they wanted us to do next (we review the worst foods on the planet) and linked them over to the poll at the end of one of our videos. We received several hundred new likes in the first few days, so it worked out really well.
