I also edit all my vids in sony vegas as well as edit my voice in audacity.

I agree with Mindway.

I see one small problem; you have one or more obvious affiliate links in your channel trailer's description. If I make no mistake that violates the YouTube TOS section regarding SPAM, Scams and Deceptive Commercial Content. If you were a music artist, and the links were for album releases by you it would be different. If I were you I'd remove those links in order to avoid a video removal and strike against your channel.

Replace the G in your banner by the G in your logo for consistent branding.
Add information about your upload schedule to your banner.
Create a channel trailer that shows your whole content variety to a new viewer.
Let your thumbnails follow the banner design for a strong brand.
Use a catchy phrase in your end card to make people really click that link.
Furthermore don't play it right after your last words but talk over it.
